How to Get & Summon Magic Stairs in Tarisland
First, you’ll need to buy theMagic Stairsconsumables from the store. You canopen the storevia thehouse-like button next to the minimap. Then, you can find the Magic Stairs in theHot Itemssection, all the way at the bottom (you will probably need toscroll downto find them). They cost400 Silvereach, and there is a 999 purchase limit.
Once you’ve bought the Magic Stairs, open yourinventory(B on keyboard) anddrag themover into aquick slot. Then,holdthe designatedquick slot keybind(Alt + 1 for me) andmove aroundyourcharacterandcamerato position the stairs. Finally,release the hotkeysto place the stairs. Note that once you’ve channeled their cast fully, there is no way to cancel it.
How to Place Magic Stairs Efficiently

So, unless you are in a real hurry to collect some things, maybe put those really hard-to-reach ones off for later when you’ve got more silver saved.
