Season 2 of MW3 and Warzonehas just arrived, bringing with it plenty of content for every player to enjoy. MW3 and Warzone Season 2 Changes
Activision has already confirmed a host of new content and changes that are coming in Season 2. New events like the Walking Dead crossover, new weapons, maps, modes, and plenty of other content.
Fortune’s Keepis one massive addition to the Warzone fanbase. Longtime players may remember the Resurgence map debuting back in Warzone 1. And while Rebirth Island stole the show for many, Fortune’s Keep is getting its time to shine for a while.

Aside from this content, we now know the official battle pass lineup. It showcases a theme of undead content, such as the new Operator skin John Doe.

As always, the battle pass brings in more weapons, from the Molten BlackCell Assault Rifle to the Lament BlackCell blueprints. The Walking Dead’s Rick Grimes also features an exclusive variation for his skin. BlackCell owners can wield this Operator, illuminating the sheriff deputy’s eyes.
Plus, the battle pass includes skins for Kate Laswell, Hector, Keres, Skulker, and many more. So, there will be more than enough to choose from for the current season.

Season 2 is filled to the brim with new events that will have you drowning in content.
PC Gamers will be happy to know that a slight graphics boost with HDR10+, Activision state they have added the ability to provide HDR10+ Gaming feature compatible with NVIDIA graphic cards over HDMI. Those interested can learn + GAMING here.

Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 Patch Notes
Modern Warfare 3 benefits heavily from the general changes to Warzone and Resurgence, but some notable benefits include the following:
New MW3 Weapons
Activision will introduce a few brand new weapons to spice up the META and give players more choice in their loadouts.
New Aftermarket Perks
MW3 is set to receive a host of new Aftermarket Perks that have the potential to turn one of your worst weapons into a META defining gun.

Warzone Resurgence Ranked Play
Warzone Resurgence Ranked Playwill be spearheaded by Raven and Treyarch Software, similar to Warzone 2’s Ranked Play was last year. Once again the two companies hope to deliver a stable, fair, and overall competitive gamemode that does its best to remove a large dose of RNG from the game and its systems. To achieve this goal, Resurgence Ranked is launch with its fair share of restrictions, but Activision promises that these restrictions will be monitored closely and changed each Season if needed.
Resurgence Ranked Rule Set
Resurgence Ranked has a specific rule set that all players must abide by to even play the mode, some things are self-explanatory such as the map taking place on Fortune’s Keep and the Mode being Resurgence, but for a full list read on below.
