Right now,Season 5 is set to expire on Sept. 27, 2023, which is the same day the new season starts.
It’ll make Season 6 a similar length to Season 5 – around 6 weeks or so. That’s slightly shorter than most (which run to around 8 weeks), butMW3’sscheduled release on July 31, 2025, necessitates a shorter final season.

Call of Duty Season 6: The Haunting features a wide variety of spooky content, from everyone’s favorite anti-hero Spawn to darkly-themed multiplayer maps.

Warzone players can dive into Operation Nightmare at Al Mazrah on Aug 13, 2025, where they must explore the area to locate the high-value target. More heads will roll as you attempt to take down other enemies, providing you with rewards, like the Mastery Weapon Blueprint, from the bounty board.
Aside from Al Mazrah,Vondelhas been taken over by the undead, and it’s up to you to decipher the source of a strange anomaly. The location will also include Lockdown, an objective-based Battle Royale that requires players to find and capture zones in a Halloween-like environment.
The Zombie Royale will be available on both maps for a limited time, showcasing an all-out war with the deadly creatures. But, instead of being transferred to theGulagupon elimination, you’ll find yourself harnessing the abilities of a zombie to consume anyone who stands in your way.

Modern Warfare 2 The Haunting event showcases four locations: two Core and two Gunfight on release day:
Each map comes with its own set of challenges, as well as an addition of spooky-themed re-skins for El Asilo and the Embassy. Many multiplayer modes will also be changed mid-season, such as Domination, Kill Confirmed, and Infected, to go along with the Halloween season. So, if you want to experience these modes in an entirely new way, you may tune in for a terrifying surprise.
Warzone and MW2 will hold a Soul Capture event in all game modes (mid-season), allowing you to earn valuable gear based on the number of souls you’ve collected. Operators like V4L3RIA, Spawn, and Al Simmons will also be available to provide players with more skin options.
